Upload Customised Report Formats
Report Management allows employers to upload customised report formats and HR letter templates based on company requirements. These formats can then be selected and used when generating reports under Docs > Report and HR Letter under Docs > HR Letter. Steps to Upload a Customised Report Format and HR Letter Template: Note: Uploaded documents in .rpt format can be viewed at Docs > Report; Uploaded documents in .docx format can be viewed at Docs > HR Letter. 1. Go to Docs > Report Management. 2. Upload your report file using one of the following methods: Drag and drop the report file into the upload area, or Click Browse files, select the file, then click Open. 3. Choose the appropriate upload option: Click the Upload icon to upload the selected file only, Click Upload All to upload all files at once. Click the cross icon to remove a file before uploading. 4. Review the uploaded report formats in the list: To Edit, click the pencil icon to open the report format design page. Make the required changes, click the three-line menu icon, then select Save, Save As, or Export to store the updated format. To Delete, click the trash bin icon, then click Deleteagain to confirm. Steps to Preview an Uploaded or Edited Report Format: 1. Go to Docs > Report. 2. Select the report type that corresponds to your uploaded report format. 3. Apply filters if required. (See Generate Actual Report(s)) 4. Click Apply. 5. Click Preview. 6. In the Available Template(s) panel, select the uploaded report format. Click Preview to view the report output. Default Payslip A Report: Modified Payslip A Report: Steps to Preview and Modify an Uploaded HR Letter Template: 1. Go to Docs > HR Letter. 2.
