How to accept an invitation and log-in to my HRMS account?When your employer invites you to AutoCount HRMS, you will receive an email invitation to activate to access your account for the first time. Follow the guide below to accept your HRMS account invitation and log in to your account. Steps to Accept an Invitation: 1. Check your email inbox for the AutoCount HRMS invitation email, which includes your username and a temporary password. 2. Click Confirm your email in the invitation email. 3. Click Log in to account. 4. You may log in to your HRMS account from the log in page using the temporary password provided. What can I do if I forgot my password?If you forget your password, you can easily reset it from the AutoCount HRMS login page. Steps to Reset your Password: 1. Go to the AutoCount HRMS login page. 2. Click Forgot your Password? 3. Enter your registered email address, then click Submit. 4. Check your inbox for the password reset email. If you do not receive the reset email, please check your spam or junk folder. 5. Click Reset Password in the email. 6. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Submit. 7. How to view my payslip?You can view and download your payslip through your own HRMS account once your employer has released the payslip. Steps to View your Payslip: Log in to your HRMS account. Go to Home. In the Profile section, select the payslip period and payslip from the drop-down list. Click Preview to view your payslip. Click Download to save a copy to your device. Why can't I apply for leave?If you are unable to apply for leave through your AutoCount HRMS (ESS or mobile app), it is usually due to one of the following reasons: 1. E-Leave access is not enabled. Your user account may not have E-Leave access. You may check with your HR administrator to ensure that E-Leave is enabled for your registered email address. 2. Leave Closing has been processed. Once Leave Closing is completed for a specific year, leave applications for that year are closed. Check with your HR for assistance. How to apply, cancel or edit my leave application?If your employer has enabled E-Leave access, you can manage your leave applications directly through your HRMS account or mobile application. Please note that leave applications may be edited or cancelled while pending for approval. To edit an approved leave, you will need to cancel and reapply. Steps to Apply for Leave via ESS: 1. Go to Leave. 2. Under My Leave, go to Leave Request. Click New. 3. Enter the required details: Leave Type – Select from the drop-down list. Leave Dates – Choose the applicable date(s) from the calendar. Apply Reason – Enter the reason for the leave. Attachment – Upload supporting documents if required (optional). 4. Click Apply Leave Request to submit. Steps to Cancel a Pending Leave Application: 1. Click the three-dot icon next to the pending leave request. 2. Click Delete. 3. Click Yes to confirm. Steps to Edit a Pending Leave Application: 1. Click the three-dot icon next to the pending leave request. 2. Select Edit. 3. Make the necessary changes. Click Apply Leave Request. Note: Approved leave cannot be edited. If changes are required, the leave must be cancelled and reapplied. Steps to Cancel an Approved Leave Application: 1. Click the three-dot icon next to the approved leave request. 2. Select Cancel. 3. Tick the leave date(s) to be cancelled and enter a cancellation reason if required. 4.
